This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants receive monthly food benefits and can obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
