Lifeline Connections At North Whidbey Family Resource Center

This program provides medications including Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Sublocade injections in an outpatient environment for addressing substance use disorders. While outpatient treatment services are available, they are not mandatory for obtaining medications for opioid use disorder. The program welcomes poly substance users and clients who are younger than 18 years of age.

Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person.

Fees: The program offers affordable options including sliding scale fees and accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, private payments, and charity care.
