This program provides financial assistance to low-income Medicare recipients for their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for beneficiaries with very low income.
Intake Procedure: To apply, you can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium support, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A premium assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
