Coordinated Entry serves as a system for responding to homelessness crises. Participants undergo a housing assessment to connect them with the most appropriate provider based on their specific needs.

- Eligible households must be literally homeless, with the Head of Household being over 24 years old. Acceptable homeless situations include residing in shelters, on the streets, in vehicles, or in motels funded by non-profits. Situations like couch surfing, staying with family or friends, or in hotels do not qualify.
