This program provides financial aid to low-income individuals on Medicare, helping them cover the costs of their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for very low-income Medicare beneficiaries.
Intake Procedure: Applicants can call, check the website, or visit any Community Service Office (CSO) to apply.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance; those needing only Part B premium help must be at or below 135%, while Part A premium assistance is available for individuals with disabilities at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
