This program offers evidence-based therapies for individuals dealing with substance and polysubstance use disorders, including medications such as Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadil, and Vivitrol. It is also open to methadone patients who wish to transition to Buprenorphine.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for further details. Most new patients can initiate treatment within 24 hours or possibly the same day.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. There are income-based sliding scale fees available, but additional lab costs will be billed separately.
