Provides comprehensive mental health services and coordinated case management for children, youth, and families facing complex challenges, including developmental disabilities.
Intake Process: Contact to undergo an eligibility screening.
Costs: Accepts Medicaid or other state funding sources.

- Children and youth up to 21 years old with complex emotional or behavioral health challenges who, along with their caregiver or guardian, consent to participate in the program. They must be eligible for Medicaid or actively involved in at least two of the following services: mental health therapy, substance use therapy, special education, Children's Administration, Juvenile Justice, or Developmental Disabilities Administration.
