Provides ESL classes aimed at enhancing students' English communication skills while they prepare for employment. Classes commence quarterly.

- Participants must: intend to seek employment or enroll in a college or job training program in the U.S., attend classes twice weekly, be at least 18 years old, and not hold a B, F, J, or M visa. Low-income students receive priority if space is limited.
