Provides gender affirming hormone therapy for individuals aged 18 and above. There is no requirement for clients to engage in therapy or to submit any documentation from a mental health provider to access hormone therapy.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made online or by phone.
Fees: There may be sliding scale fees available, and the service accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) as well as private insurance.
