This service offers pediatric and primary care to low-income children and adults, addressing both acute and chronic health issues while providing preventive services such as disease screenings and immunizations for existing clients.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. There are a limited number of slots available each day for new patients.
Fees: The service accepts Medicare and all WA Apple Health (Medicaid) plans, with a tiered flat fee structure for uninsured individuals. Services are provided regardless of the ability to pay.
