Intake Procedure: Visit in person. It's advisable to call the specific location beforehand to check the hours of operation and ensure that the air conditioning is functioning properly.

- There are no restrictions. Vulnerable groups such as elderly or frail individuals, homeless individuals, parents with young children, and those with health issues exacerbated by heat should consider utilizing a cooling center, especially between 1pm and 5pm when temperatures peak.
