Intake Procedure: Concerns can be reported via the Fix It Burien app, accessible on both iOS and Android platforms or through a web browser. While you can choose to remain anonymous, it's important to understand that your complaint may be disclosed under the Public Records Act, and confidentiality regarding any shared information is not assured. Furthermore, if the matter is taken to court or appealed, the complainant may need to act as a witness.
