• Applicants must have an income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and countable resources not exceeding $14,100 for individuals or $28,150 for married couples living together. Exempt from countable resources are primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots, vehicles in use, and certain distributions from Alaska Native corporations. Enrollment in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), such as Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) with prescription coverage, is required.
