This program offers an accredited preschool for children between the ages of 2 and 5, working alongside ECEAP to deliver support services and programs aimed at low-income families. ECEAP is free of charge, and scholarships can be accessed.

- To qualify for free services, ECEAP slots must adhere to federal income guidelines, with tuition reduction eligibility determined by family needs; families receiving public assistance and children in foster care are eligible, and many working or schooling parents with limited incomes qualify. Most children enrolled in ECEAP are 4 years old by August 31, and tuition-paying slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
