Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, call or visit the clinic directly. While walk-ins are welcome, making an appointment is recommended.
Fees: A sliding scale is available based on income and payment capability for individuals without dental insurance. The clinic accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance plans.
