Fees: The service accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and has contracts with multiple insurance providers, including Regence, Premera, Aetna, First Choice, and United Healthcare. For patients not using insurance, payment is expected at the time of treatment. Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A discount is available for cash payments made at the time of treatment, and sliding scale fees are offered to low-income individuals, who must meet specific income criteria.
