This initiative provides complimentary employment and training opportunities for individuals aged 55 and above. It connects qualified participants with temporary community service positions at local nonprofit organizations or government agencies.

- Individuals aged 55 and older who are eligible to work in the U.S., currently unemployed, with income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level, and residing in designated service area counties. AARP membership is not necessary.
