This program provides medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, featuring Suboxone and Vivitrol specifically for opioid use disorder. It includes same-day assessments and prescriptions, as well as connections to ongoing counseling and care.

Intake Process: You can either call or visit in person.

Fees: The program accepts various insurance types, including WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Individuals without insurance may be eligible for a sliding scale fee structure, and staff are available to assist with application processes.
