This initiative provides nutrition support and education for low-income pregnant and post-partum women, infants, and children under the age of five. Monthly benefits are approximately $150 for a family of two, with additional farmers market vouchers available during the summer months.
To apply: Interested individuals can call or fill out an online form to get information on eligibility and appointments. Services include home, office, or off-site visits. Applicants will undergo a nutrition assessment to evaluate their nutritional risk. Fathers, grandparents, and other caregivers are also permitted to enroll their children in WIC.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutritional risk, including pregnant or postpartum individuals, breastfeeding parents, and children under five, may qualify, especially if they receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health, or TANF.
