Provides extensive outpatient treatment options for Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone, including assessments, medical evaluations, medication management, case management, and both individual and group counseling.

Fees: Services are offered on a sliding scale fee basis. The facility accepts private insurance and private pay clients, as well as WA Apple Health (Medicaid). However, the Buprenorphine program only accepts Kaiser Permanente and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
