Intake Process: Come in person. It's advisable to call the specific location beforehand to check their hours of operation and ensure the air conditioning is functioning properly.
Cost: Free of charge.

- Open to everyone. Vulnerable groups such as elderly or frail individuals, homeless individuals, parents with young children, and those with health issues exacerbated by heat should consider utilizing a cooling center, especially from 1pm to 5pm when temperatures peak.
