Intake Procedure: Visit in person. It is advisable to call the specific location beforehand to check the hours of operation and ensure that the air conditioning is functional.

- There are no restrictions. Vulnerable groups such as older adults, homeless individuals, parents with young children, and those with health issues exacerbated by heat should consider utilizing a cooling center, especially from 1pm to 5pm when temperatures peak.
