This initiative provides nutrition support and educational resources for low-income pregnant individuals, new parents, infants, and children under five years old. Monthly benefits are approximately $150 for a family of two, and during the summer months, participants may receive additional vouchers for farmers markets.
Intake Process: Interested individuals can call or fill out an online form to check eligibility and schedule an appointment. Services include home, office, or off-site visits, and applicants will undergo a nutrition assessment to evaluate their nutritional risk. Dads, grandparents, and other caregivers are also welcome to enroll their children in the WIC program.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutritional risk, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and children under five, may qualify, especially if they receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF.
