This service provides wellness support for LGBTQ individuals, including pelvic and breast examinations, STI testing and treatment, birth control, and insemination services. Transgender hormone therapy is also available, along with telehealth appointments.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for further details or to schedule an appointment. Telehealth options are offered.
Fees: A sliding fee scale is available based on annual income, and the service accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurance plans.
