Provides support for low-income homeowners in South King County to carry out essential home repairs that promote health and safety. The types of repairs covered include roofs, windows, exterior doors, gutters, siding, steps, ramps, walkways, driveways, landscaping, junk removal, and exterior painting.

Fees: A one-time $50 program fee applies for Minor Home Repairs per project. Critical Home Repairs may incur a deferred, 0% loan based on the work's cost. Homeowners with a reverse mortgage or those who have a manufactured home on leased land will face a one-time $100 program fee per project instead of a loan.

- Homeowners residing in South Seattle, Central District, White Center, Skyway/Bryn Mawr, Renton, Bellevue (with direct applications to the City of Bellevue), Glendale, Federal Way, and all of Kittitas County are eligible, provided their household income is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Repairs must focus on health and safety or home preservation, and emergency repairs are not covered.
