This initiative manages resource centers that assist individuals facing homelessness in securing housing and other vital services. Clients are matched with housing programs according to their needs and the availability of resources.

Intake Process: Individuals can complete an intake into the Coordinated Entry System at any Regional Access Point. Those experiencing homelessness in King County can schedule appointments at any Regional Access Point, regardless of their current location. Assessments for intake can also be conducted at shelters, day centers, or by outreach teams and providers.

Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.

  • Residents of King County, including single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans, who are experiencing homelessness, defined as living outside, in unsuitable places, in shelters, fleeing domestic violence, or exiting institutions after a stay in inadequate housing. Young adults at imminent risk of homelessness within 14 days are also eligible.
