This initiative provides nutrition support and educational resources for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, along with infants and children under the age of five. Families can expect benefits amounting to around $150 each month for two individuals, and during the summer months, they may also receive extra vouchers for farmers markets.

Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
