Costs: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and features a sliding scale fee system that can reduce costs by up to 90%. Third-party insurance is also accepted.

- Children from infancy to high school age, as well as pregnant women, from Washington state families earning below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible, regardless of their proximity to the van's location.
