- Eligible mothers must be over 18 years old and delivering a single baby (no multiples) at designated hospitals including Evergreen Hospital, Madigan Army Medical Center, NW Hospital and Medical Center, Oregon Health & Science University, Overlake Hospital, and Swedish Medical Center (Ballard, First Hill, and Issaquah), along with CHI Franciscan, St. Joseph's Medical Center, and MultiCare (Auburn, Tacoma General, Good Samaritan).
