This initiative provides discount cards to seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to access reduced prices at various local businesses. An online directory is maintained to list these participating establishments.
Application Process: Individuals can apply online or visit specific locations, including Seattle City Hall Customer Service Bureau, community centers, customer service centers, animal shelter offices, senior centers, and any Seattle Public Library branch. The FLASH Card can be obtained online or in person at the Special Technology Access Resources (STAR) Center, Disability Empowerment Center, and Seattle VA Medical Clinic (with links and addresses available on our website). Eligibility for the FLASH Card aligns with the criteria for the Metro Transit Reduced Fare Permit, requiring documentation that can be submitted online.
