This initiative supports low-income individuals on Medicare by helping them pay for their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for very low income beneficiaries.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Services Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who receive Medicare and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium support, individuals must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A assistance is available to disabled individuals with incomes at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
