This program provides financial aid to low-income Medicare recipients to cover their premiums for Medicare Part A and Part B. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for Medicare beneficiaries with very low incomes.
Intake Process: Interested individuals can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium aid, income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A assistance is available to individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
