This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, as well as co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Application Process: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Costs: There are no fees involved.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A premium assistance is available to individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
