Evergreen Treatment Services - Seattle Clinic

This program delivers MOUD treatment and assistance for individuals facing opioid use disorder. It offers courtesy doses to those who are already part of other treatment initiatives. Patients initiate their treatment with either methadone or buprenorphine and are required to visit the clinic daily to receive their medication.

Intake Procedure: Initiate contact by calling for a preliminary phone interview to conduct a screening and arrange for an in-person evaluation.

Fees: The program accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) and a variety of insurance plans.
