This program delivers adult day health services tailored for frail elderly individuals and adults facing disabilities. It includes meals, personal care assistance, rehabilitative therapy, transportation coordination, as well as mental health and nursing services.

Fees: Funding options include WA Apple Health (Medicaid), DSHS/HCS long-term care programs such as COPES, MAC & TSOA, Veterans Administration, long-term care insurance, private payments, Respite, Memory Care & Wellness Services, and ACL Grant.
