Harborview Medical Center - Adult Medicine Clinic

This initiative provides integrated MOUD and support services aimed at adults and is a component of the Harborview Medical Center Hub and Spoke Network.

Intake Procedure: Begin by calling to conduct an initial phone interview that will help schedule the intake and assessment. Typically, the nursing intake and physician consultation for medication induction take place within 48 hours following the in-person assessment.

Fees: There is no charge for Hub and Spoke coordination. Assessments and ongoing services are billed to insurance, and the program accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). For clients lacking insurance, sliding scale fees and Charity Care options are available.
