This service provides primary care for individuals aged 65 and older who are dealing with geriatric syndromes such as cognitive impairment, falls, gait instability, frailty, or functional decline.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an initial assessment at the geriatric clinic, please call for an appointment. Referrals from other healthcare providers are welcome.
Fees: Charges vary based on the service provided. The clinic accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and private insurance.
