This initiative delivers community-focused outreach, assessment, and service connection, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services when appropriate. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Clients are usually referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Cost: No fees are charged.
