This program provides educational workshops focused on home ownership strategies for prospective buyers and offers financial assistance for purchasing homes.
Intake Procedure: Users must create an account on the website to register for the programs.
Fees: For workshops, there is a $10 refundable registration fee for in-person classes and a $50 fee for online classes. LIFT and Project Reinvest have a $50 fee for in-person classes. Home Purchase Assistance is contingent on location, buyer status, and household income.
