This process manages arbitration for civil and non-domestic cases with monetary disputes under $100,000.

Intake Procedure: To start the arbitration process, the plaintiff is required to first file a lawsuit in Superior Court. Following that, the plaintiff submits a Statement of Arbitrability according to the established case schedule, after all affirmative pleadings (responses) have been submitted to the court.

Fees: The arbitration fee is set at $250. If a party disagrees with the arbitrator's ruling, they can pay a fee of $400 to request a trial in the Superior Court.
