Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. There may be options for drop-in visits, but it's advisable to call ahead if you can. Note that drop-in appointments are only accepted up to 90 minutes before closing.

Fees: The service provides a sliding scale for fees and accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), as well as most health insurance plans.
