Provides half-day and year-round educational programs for low-income families with children aged 3 to 4 residing in South/Central Seattle.

- Children aged 3-5. Families must be homeless or have a child in foster care, receiving SNAP, TANF, or SSI, and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. Priority is given to families in greatest need, residing in or near areas like Yesler Terrace, High Point, New Holly, and Rainier Vista, or within the Seattle Public School District or Highline Public School District. Children with special needs receive additional priority.
