- Adult caregivers aged 18 and above who are not in a crisis situation and are caring for someone aged 60 or older or an adult with a disability. The program primarily supports Asian Pacific Islander, Eastern European, East African, Latinx, and African-American communities, but is open to other eligible residents in South King County.
