This program provides early learning support for families with children aged 2 and 3. Children participate in preschool for two days each week, and parents receive two home visits each month.

Cost: There are no fees associated with the program.

- Families with children aged 1 to 3 years old, particularly those who are homeless, in foster care, or receiving SNAP, TANF, or SSI, with income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. Priority is given to families with the greatest need and those living or working within the Seattle Public School District or Highline Public School District, especially for children with special needs.
