Provides legal representation in immigration court for individuals facing deportation or removal.
Intake Process: Contact the Seattle reception. Individuals can also reach out to the detention center voicemail if they have relatives or friends who are currently held. When leaving a voicemail, it is helpful to include the client's Alien Registration number (commonly referred to as an "A" number) if available. For service inquiries, email: seattlefontdesk@nwirp.org
Cost: Services are provided at no charge.

- Supports immigrants (including undocumented individuals), asylum seekers, refugees, and immigrant children who have experienced abuse or neglect, generally serving those under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level but willing to consider exceptions.
