This initiative delivers nutritional support and educational resources to low-income pregnant and post-partum women, infants, and children under five years old. The benefits amount to approximately $150 monthly for a family of two. Additionally, during summer months, participants can access extra farmers market vouchers.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should either call or fill out an online form to check eligibility and schedule an appointment. Visits can be arranged at home, in the office, or at other locations. Applicants will undergo a nutrition assessment to evaluate their nutritional risk. Fathers, grandparents, and other caregivers are also welcome to enroll their children in the WIC program.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who have a nutrition risk and whose income is at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level, including pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as infants and children under five, may qualify; those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF may also be eligible.
