This program delivers both clinic-based and telehealth services to address psychosis, with specific support for young individuals who are experiencing their initial episode. A referral from a primary care or mental health professional is necessary for access.
Intake Process: Participants must undergo a 90-minute evaluation and intake session, which requires a referral to be scheduled. Referrals can come from primary care doctors, mental health specialists, school health professionals, or other community providers, including those at Seattle Children’s.
Costs: The program accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) and private health insurance.

- Young individuals, particularly teens and young adults, who are diagnosed with a psychotic disorder like schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, or those who may be at risk of such conditions, are eligible for this program.
