Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technicians and Firefighter/Paramedics are trained to handle rescue and medical emergencies throughout Seattle. They also conduct blood pressure checks.

To request assistance, dial 911 and request the fire department. Your call will be routed to Seattle Fire. When the dispatchers respond, be ready to provide: the location of the emergency and details about the nature of the emergency. For inspection services, contact the Fire Marshal's Office.
