This service delivers primary healthcare to individuals of all ages, prioritizing the needs of urban American Indians and Alaska Natives, and addresses both minor and chronic health issues.
Intake Process: Patients should call to schedule an appointment. Those requiring urgent care might receive same-day or next-day appointments. Walk-ins may also be accommodated. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration updates.
Fees: A sliding fee scale is available based on income verification. The service accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and most insurance plans.

- There are no restrictions, but the focus is on serving American Indian and Alaska Native populations. In Washington state, parental consent is not required for family planning services at any age, including birth control, pregnancy testing, and STD testing and treatment.
