Delivers primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on the requirements of urban American Indians and Alaska Natives. The care encompasses both minor and acute conditions as well as chronic illnesses.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. Urgent care patients may be accommodated with same-day or next-day appointments and walk-ins might also be accepted. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment for registration updates.
Fees: A sliding fee scale is available based on income verification. The facility accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and most insurance plans.

- There are no restrictions, but the service primarily aims to assist the American Indian and Alaska Native populations. According to Washington state law, parental consent is not necessary at any age for family planning services, including birth control, pregnancy testing, and STD testing and treatment.
